Thank you for shopping with VAELON. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Free Shipping on all orders over £120.
• Standard Shipping at a flat rate of £5.99 for orders under £120.

Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for UK orders and 7 to 14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

VAELON is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@vaelon.co and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
