Returns and Refunds
At VAELON we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Certain items such as underwear, swimwear and final-sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
How to Return
To start a return, email us at support@vaelon.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@vaelon.co within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
